Procedure in the event of damage
Below you will find a checklist, the contents of which you should send to us via the contact e-mail address in the event of damage, so that we can get back to you as quickly as possible with a solution, i.e. whether a repair authorisation can be given directly or whether a cost estimate should be obtained first.

- Email address
- What was damaged?
- Course of damage: when, how, where did the damage occur?
- Is the damage repairable or a total loss?
- Amount of damage (initial estimate or cost estimate)
- Purchase invoice for the defective equipment & other relevant documents
- Pictures of the damaged equipment
